Our Ethics course focuses on developing & maintaining the knowledge and skills needed to practice responsibly, legally, and with respect for clients’ rights and well-being. It covers core principles such as confidentiality, informed consent, professional boundaries, cultural competence, and ethical decision-making, helping practitioners recognize and manage ethical dilemmas while maintaining professional standards and public trust.
CLINICAL LEADERSHIP & EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (3 CE HOURS)
This course focuses on the nuances within leadership development while incorporating emotional intelligence. It highlights the importance of promoting integrity, accountability, and self-awareness in decision-making. It helps leaders understand how values, emotions, and behavior influence their actions and impact others, emphasizing ethical judgment, empathy, fairness, and responsible use of power to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create healthy, respectful organizational cultures.
UNDERSTANDING & TREATING TRAUMA (2 CE HRS)
Training in understanding and treating trauma equips mental health staff with knowledge of how traumatic experiences affect the brain, behavior, and emotional regulation. It emphasizes trauma-informed care, helping professionals recognize trauma responses, provide safe and supportive interventions, avoid re-traumatization, and promote healing, resilience, and recovery in clients.
TELEMENTAL HEALTH (3 CE HRS)
We offer training and support for a variety of professional certifications, including PMP, CFA, and CPA. Our experienced instructors will help you prepare for the exam and achieve your certification.
STRENGTH-BASED CLINICAL SUPERVISION (5 CE HRS)
Strength-based clinical supervision training focuses on enhancing professional growth by identifying and building on clinicians’ existing skills, competencies, and successes. It promotes collaborative supervision, reflective practice, and positive feedback to support ethical practice, resilience, and effective client care while fostering confidence and ongoing development.
